Halima Cisse, a woman from Mali, has made history by giving birth to nine babies in one delivery – four girls and five boys. At first, doctors thought she was going to give birth to seven babies, but two were more delivered. She went to a hospital in Morroco where her babies were delivered. Doctors say all the babies are doing well. These babies are nonuplets – beating the record for last largest number of babies born in a single delivery, eight delivered to a woman in California. The babies may need to be kept in an incubator. Halima Cisse is from Timbuktu.
